Vendors application fees are $25 per event. If the vendor sells food, food handling permits must be submitted with your application.  Any questions, please email events@prophetstown.org.

Download Vendor Application (please don’t forget to fill in the top of the form with what your are selling and attach your food handlers permit, if selling food) *please note, this is not our form but you are covered under our insurance. All events are outside and rain or shine. We do not have size limitations on your booth.

Vendor fee is $25 and can be paid:

  • Online
  • Dropped off to Farm daily 10-5pm
  • Check mailed to: ATTN. Event Manager at PO Box 331, Battle Ground, IN 47983

Homesteaders Day

The Farm at Prophetstown is the perfect setting to learn about homesteading arts and small farm animal care; after all, that’s how things were done on a 1920s Farm. Join us Saturday for classes related to homesteading. All classes start on the hour and will take place across various locations on the farm.

July 27 Schedule

Country Fair

Country Fair is an annual event that includes many activities across the farm and our annual pie eating contest. A $5 dollar car entry fee is collected to park due to size of the event.

Local Artisan and Craft Fair
Visitors: This is event is free with gate admission and is Rain or Shine.
Vendors:
Please submit your application now, registration ends 9/27. The Farm provides a unique environment due to our vicinity to one of the top campgrounds in the state. Set up in a beautiful setting with farm animals and experience a day selling items on a 1920s Homestead!
Setup:
Vendor setup begins at 9am and will be located in the grassy circle behind the big white Gibson farmhouse. Email reminders will be sent the week of the event. We do not have size restrictions on your booth. We do allow you to setup next to a friend if desired. Food will be available to purchase for the lunch hour and public restrooms are located in our restroom building next to the blacksmith building. Please feel free to unload in the grass and then move vehicle to the parking lot. All vendor fees must be paid before setup. Teardown starts at 2pm. This event is rain or shine!
