Vendors application fees are $25 per event. If the vendor sells food, food handling permits must be submitted with your application.  Any questions, please email events@prophetstown.org.

Download Vendor Application (please don’t forget to fill in the top of the form with what your are selling and attach your food handlers permit, if selling food) *please note, this is not our form but you are covered under our insurance.

Vendor fee is $25 and can be paid:

• Online
• Dropped off to Farm daily 10-5pm
• Check mailed to: ATTN. Event Manager at PO Box 331, Battle Ground, IN 47983

• Local Artisan and Craft Fair October 12  10-2pm (registration ends 9/27)
• Fall Funfest October 19  11-3pm (registration ends 10/4)
