Poultry: Preparing Your Flock for Winter

Farm Dinner

Enjoy a 5 course meal in the 1920’s Gibson Farmhouse, featuring fresh ingredients from The Farm. Socialize and make new friends! Reservations required. Pieces of Time: Archaeology on The Farm

Examine early 20th century artifacts found in a privy at a Tippecanoe County farm site. What do the broken pieces of ceramics reveal about the life of the farm family? FREE with park admission. 12:00pm – 4:00pm.

 

Homesteading: Raising and Caring for Rabbits

Hop on over to the barn to meet our rabbits! Learn about the New Zealand breed, get your photo taken with a rabbit and learn about general rabbit care. Great for kids!  FREE with park admission. 11:00am – 12:00pm.

Country Fair

Join us for an exciting day on The Farm! Enjoy great music, food, games, vendors, demonstrations, antique tractors, tour the Gibson Farmhouse, and the Battle Ground Saddle Club will be on hand to show off different horse breeds! Pie eating contest at 12:00pm. $5 per car, plus State Park admission. 10:00am – 4:00pm

Butterfly Run: 5k Walk/Run

Support the Guardian Angel Hospice organization! Join us for this unique event, which raises awareness of grief/loss and raises funds for Camp Angel and other family bereavement services.
