Farm to Table Dinners
These five course dinners have become a popular addition to our programming at the Farm. Dinners are held in the Gibson Farmhouse museum home and served on beautiful antique china.
Proceeds from dinners help us to continue in our daily operations and allow us to continue holding free events for the community.
All ingredients are sourced from The Farm at Prophetstown or from other local farms.

2023 Farm Dinner Dates and Menus

The Farm at Prophetstown is excited to showcase local chefs at our Farm to Table Dinners this year. The featured chefs at the first three dinners were the talented chefs of North End Cafe, Tim Williamson and Paul Page. Our second chef to be featured was Chef Danielle Gilbert. She has created some unique and delicious dishes for the dinners. We are thrilled to be working with these wonderful chefs and we know that after these dinners, you will love them as much as we do!

These five course dinners cost $70 per person. Payment is due at time of reservation. Cancellations/refunds will be accepted no later than 1 week prior to dinner.
We provide water, but otherwise, please bring your own beverage. Gratuity is not included, and tips go to our volunteer waitstaff. Dinners are held in the Gibson Farmhouse museum home and served on beautiful antique china.
All dinners are 21 and over. Because these are dinner events, and we are not a restaurant, we are unable to make menu substitutions or accommodations for allergies.
The dinner menus for these dinners will be Chef’s Choice. Menus may be posted on our Facebook in the week before the dinner, or they may be revealed at the dinner. The dinners will comprise of beef or pork raised on the Farm as well as seasonal, Farm fresh, and local produce. As usual, the dinners will have five delicious courses.
If you don’t get into one of these dinners, keep in mind that we will have a small cancellation list and we can call you if there is a cancellation. Also keep in mind that Prophetstown State Park requires guests to pay an $8 per vehicle park admission fee. However, park admission is free with Farm Membership or annual state park pass.
Thank you for your support of the Farm at Prophetstown and our talented featured chefs! We look forward to seeing you at our Farm to Table Dinners soon!
