Are you looking to eat healthier, have a garden to feed your family, or patronize the local farm markets? Then learning home food preservation is a must! Farm Executive Director Leslie Martin Conwell will discuss various food preservation methods, including water bath and pressure canning, freezing, and drying. Meats, vegetables, fruits and herbs will be covered. Home preservation equipment from both modern times and the 1920s will be on display. $10 per person, plus park admission.
