Homesteading: Fermented Foods

Do you love the tangy taste of fermented foods? Learn how to multiply those tasty microorganisms in your own kitchen! Come to this workshop to learn about the basics of fermentation, and apply that knowledge to make yogurt, sauerkraut, and sourdough starter. Participants will go home with samples of each project.
