Class- Cooking with Organ Meats

Did you know that organ meats are a great source of iron and protein? Learn about the various organ meats that The Farm sells, as well as how to prepare beef tongue (Lengua Tacos) and heart (Peruvian Anticuchos). Class members will be able to sample the dishes and receive printed recipes. Call 765-567-4700 to book your spot. $15 per person. Includes park admission. 2:00pm-3:30pm.
