DSC_0102 copyThe Farm at Prophetstown has suspended agricultural and animal operations for the remainder of the year and into the spring. This is a temporary move to be able to repair buildings, pay bills and have the best conditions possible to bring the animals back to The Farm as soon as it is feasible. The house and property are still open and available for visiting through November 15.

Oats for Horses campaign underway

Belgians grazingTo say we’ve had a rough winter is an understatement. But the good news is that spring is in full swing here at the farm and we need your help. Our Beligian draft horses are hungry and they like to eat oats. Help us reach our goal of planting 65 bushels this spring so they can have some hearty meals next winter.

A bushel of oats costs around $15 to plant. Sponsor your very own bushel TODAY and help us reach our goal of 65! Thanks!
